The handwoven design features a Zapotec God’s eye with a feather pattern in turquoise and red against black wool. It also includes black cotton lining with a pocket on the interior and a comfortable, convenient, adjustable black leather strap.
Because each bag is handwoven the entire collection is carbon neutral and lovingly handmade to last.
These gorgeous works of functional art perpetuate the culture and ancient traditions of dyeing and weaving that have been passed down through generations in Oaxaca, Mexico. The fair trade artisan families in the village of Teotitlan use natural dyes and techniques for beautiful hues that take years to learn and perfect.
